Consistency in Anti-Unionism

I wish I understood….why is it that the people who think unions are so bad usually think professional organizations or licensure boards are ok? (Professional organizations like the American Medical Association, state Bar associations, or accounting groups. Licensure boards are similar, but seem to exist for a broader range of occupations.) For once, this is an area where libertarians seem admirably consistent–they hate it all. But I’m unclear why it’s ok for professionals and small business owners to collude if it’s not ok for non-professional workers to organize…
