Mac Mouse Window Focusing

Just found out how to do something I realized I missed my my undergraduate computer lab’s settings. The following commands switch the default behavior of terminal and X11 on mac, respectively, so that which window you focus on is determined purely by mouse location.

For terminal use

defaults write.com.apple.Terminal FocusFollowsMouse -string YES

and for X11

defaults write com.apple.x11 wm_ffm true
